We are so inspired by super intimate weddings where the most important thing about the day is the joining of two incredibly in love people. Mayan + Ryan’s San Francisco City Hall Elopement was precisely that. They were joined at the gorgeous San Francisco City Hall by their closest 11 and we were witness to the most emotionally touching ceremony we have photographed to date. Tears abounded and by the end of the vows, you had to look hard to find a dry eye in the place- us included… Mayan + Ryan traveled from LA to San Francisco, for their special day, so we stopped by the Painted Ladies and Golden Gate Park for images that reflect the charm of this Northern California scape so perfectly. Mayan + Ryan love this city just as much as we do so we feel so lucky to have been part of their destination San Francisco City Hall Elopement.

Elopement Dress Pronovias We couldn’t stop drooling over her gorgeous dress from Pronovias. We are also super fans of the way she paired it with the jeweled headpiece. ^.^As a sidenote, not only does our bride Mayan have amazing style, she also has the most addictive tumblr. Check it out!

Vintage Car Baker Beach Engagement – Yangchen + Tsering

Golden Gate Park engagement shoot rustic stylish

After creatively brainstorming with Yangchen  about her vintage car Baker Beach engagement session on the phone, we knew we would like Yangchen + Tsering right away! They are one of the sweetest and most easygoing people one could ever meet and throughout the whole session, the easy conversation made us feel like we were hanging out with old friends. On top of that they are super stylish and super in love, so that combined with the special touches such as the vintage car and the bouquet of wild flowers (personally created by Tsering!), we have one of our most favorite and sweetest engagement sessions to date. We spent a beautiful afternoon at Golden Gate Park and then moved on to another  quintessential San Francisco spot, Baker Beach.  Baker Beach is loved by all for its amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge and we captured some really romantic photos of the two of them playing in the water during sunset. Thank you so much, Yangchen + Tsering for sharing our vision and for being so receptive to all of our suggestions. We wish you guys all the best!

Yangchen & Tsering - Erika and Michael – Thank you soo much for the sweet words!! We love these photos and are so excited to see them all! We had such an amazing time with you guys – you really helped us relax and had so much patience guiding us through everything. As someone who usually HATES taking photos (and ends up looking awkward no matter what), it’s a miracle to me that these came out so lovely!
