Portland Family Photographer | A Spring Session at Peninsula Park

One of the best parts of this work is getting to reconnect with couples we’ve photographed before. A few years ago, we captured Samantha and David’s wedding, and this spring we had the joy of documenting their next chapter: life with their sweet baby boy, Isiah.

We met at Peninsula Park, one of our favorite spots for family sessions in Portland. The park’s historic rose garden, elegant stonework, and blooming camellia hedge make it especially beautiful in early spring. It’s a peaceful, classic setting with just the right mix of structure and nature.

Samantha and David arrived in soft, neutral tones that looked beautiful against the spring backdrop. Baby, at just around six months old, was full of expression and curiosity. We kept things relaxed and focused on connection — the kind of everyday moments that become treasured memories over time.
